High Power SIC Based Flat
& Pyramidal Absorber

SLTL's High-power silicon carbide pyramid absorbing material is a sintered material, resistant to high power, commonly used in high power absorbing chamber and comprehensive test for high power airborne antenna. Power resistance no less than 30 kw/m2, this absorber can be supplied with mounting nut fitted on the bottom to fix it with the wall.

FEATURES:

• High-power silicon carbide based sintered materials, resist to high power.
• Power handling capacity of minimum 30 kw/m2 with normal ventilation conditions available in a room.
• Temperature withstand capability up to 1000 deg C.
• Outgassing properties like TML < 1 % and CVCM < 0.1 %.
• Typical Reflectivity of 4 inch thick SIC based High Power Pyramid Absorber is minimum -25dB at 2 GHz raising to min. -30 dB at 4 GHz and higher frequencies.
